M/S. Lloyds Finance Ltd
Non Refund of FD amount which matured on 06.11.2000

Dear Sir,

I had invested Rs. 7000/- to M/s. Llyods Finance Ltd under their money doubler plan on 06.12.1996 whose details are as follows:-

1. Certificate No. - C/0696044168/1.

2. Amount - Rs. 7000/-

3. Date of Deposit - 06.12.1996.

4. Date of Maturity - 06.11.2000.

5. Maturity Amount - Rs. 14000/-

I had wrote them several times but got no response. On I

came to know that Hon'ble Mumbai High Court has appointed a

Special Committee headed by a Retd. Judge to look after and manage the payment to Depositors' FD amount. Accordingly, I

wrote to Hon'ble Judge - SUHAS S. BARVE Secretary to Spl Committee.

I got a response form this Committee- where from I came to know that the Hon'ble Mumbai High Court had passed an order on

03/02/05 for the repayment to the depositors' upto Rs. 5000/-.

Other depodit holders should wait till Hon'ble Mumbai High Court

issues the order for repayment to those depositors having deposits over Rs. 5000/-. Till date I hear nothing or got no

intimation from any source. Don't know do I get my money

back? I request to the concerned person to clear those dues

because every persons' hard earned money was invested to this

Company. If required, I can send the copy of the FD certificate and its discharged certificate to the appropriate authority.
