Non-delivery of refilled cylinde

Sir,

My connection No. M-13217. I got refilling of the cylinder booked on 11.07.2009. Thereafter, I telephonically contracted on Phone Nos. 0571/2743068 & 27443368 a number of times. But the person attended told me yours is not the VIP area, hence refilling will be possible only after 10-12 days.By todate, more than 15 days gone, but continue to be ignored by this above agency i.e. Madhav Gas Service. Kindly ask what does he mean by VIP area. However, I cannot help mentioning here I live in an area which is exclusively Muslim populated area that's why this area has not been categorised as VIP area otherwise I could have got delivery of refilled cylinder. I hope you will look into the gravity of allegation and take stringent action against the agency for such a mindset which has no place in the secular values of our country. Prompt action is highly solicited for.
