Looting the custome

Today me and my friend travel in a bus (KA-01 F4000) from Bellandur signal to bellandur (town). when we asked for the ticket for the money which we paid already driver hesitated to give ticket.. and when we ask second time he charged extra money for the ticket. Driver has a box for collection of such money separately.

The Govt should take strict action against such things..
