MSN & yahoo lottery
True or fake

Hi,

I have received a email stating that i have won a lottery worth 750, 000GBP from yahoo and msn. Now they want me to make a payement of Rs 30, 000 for the courier and insurance of the delivery of prize cheque. the courier company is ONDOT couriers in U.K.

Please provide me the guidance that is it a true claim as some fake company collecting public money.
