Poor breaking system

Dear Sir,

Sub: Poor breaking system in Swift Car – Reg.

Ref: Our Swift Car No. TN-38-AR00800, Engg. No.1052250,

Chassis No. MA3FKEB1S00283342, Color-Sunlight Copper.

With reference to the above we would like to bring your kind attention that we had purchased above mentioned Swift car from M/s. ABT Maruti, Coimbatore vide their Invoice No. VSL07002898 dt.29.12.07. From beginning onwards the front break of the car is not working properly when we apply the break a big noise is coming. And also the mileage of the car is very low ie. 15-16 km P.lt. in city drive. Even after completion of three free services the above problems are not solved.

Please note that we are having another two cars Honda Civic and Hundai Santro as we thought Maruthi Vehicle will be a trouble free vehicle we have purchased but we are facing above problems.

So we request you to kindly arrange to take necessary action to solve the problems at the earliest. If we will not receive any proper reply from your with in a week we will send our car to your above dealer until the problem is solved. The necessary claims should be bear by you.

Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated.
