COMPLAINT AGAINS TPRINTER

We have purchased two prindter HP Officejet PRO K5400 DN dated 20.10.2007. we have benn facing a lot of problems with these printers since the date of purchase. The cartridge indicate light always blink even the inkis full in cartridges and sometime the printers donot take the command. We sent the one printer tot service center for repairing numbers of time but the printer was solved for a while, after some days problem started again. I think that the K5400 DN modle printer have Mfg problem. our two printers is out of order. your services center engg. said that the printers problems can not be sloved. so please tell about this metter.
