Hi friends,

i got a mail from yahoo-msn lottery saying that i got prize amount of 500000 us dollars..they asking me to pay rs.16012 towards dispatching charges... is this mail true or just fraud. i saw some complaints in google so i cant belive this mail now, so kindly suggest me advice wat to do?
