Winning of a lottery worth 950, 000.00 British Pounds Sterling

Have received a mail from The above mentioned Company wherein they have stated that I have got a mail of winning 950, 000.00 British Sterling Pounds but to get a delivery of the cheque I need to send them an amount of Rs.53, 000. as courier charges. Does this not sound rediculous?

They have been disturbing me regularly and have really broken my nerve. I want to take a legal caction against them. Kindly advice.
