Msn yahoo lottery
MSN/YAHOO Lottery. Fraud or not?

Hi, I have won a lottery from MSN.Yahoo. They have sent me several winning and batch nos. and told me to contact some courier company. Then I contacted the company and they told me to select from several courier options, with a minimum charge of Rs. 31000. Is this email fraud? Can u please help me out about what to do next? please I am eagerly waiting for your prompt reply...
