MSN YAHOO LOTTERY SCAM OR NOT

I ve received an email on 17mar10 around 8:50am informing me that u are among 5 members in annual lottery by MSN/YAHOO & they asked me for 25000 INR for some custom clearance, and i gave them all information my address, phone no. all other personal detail. Next morning they call me asked to deposit a sum of Rs. 25000 in there SBI bank account (Ranjana shahi A/c no. 30124683222) from here I realizd that they calling me form an INDIAN no.(09953313824) & entailed an Indian name of A/C holder. So filing complaint so that they will not use my personal details for wrong purposes & to aware other about the same scams.
