To Know about Tatkal refill Scheme of gas refill at Rs 450 as told by M/s Pandit Gas Service Jaipu

Dear Sir

I, Prit Pal Singh Bhanot, have domestic gas connection from Indane consumer no 37960, Through M/s Pandit Gas Service, City Center, Sanssar Chander Road, Jaipur. I requested on 15 April 08 to Book my refill on phone. On 29th again I called to Pandit gas to know about delay in supply. It was strange to know that they have not booked my refill on 15 April 08 and said it is by mistake and today they are booking my refill.

Today is 8 May 08 and I am still waiting my refill and there is no gas at my home. When I enquired from delivery boy of Pandit gas he said today is supply of 27 April and the tatkal quota cylinder cost Rs 450. as per my knowledge there is no Tatkal quota in refill, so I called up to Pandit Gas and got the same answer of tatkal refill of Rs 450.

Although I have not come across through any News Paper or T.V. Media also about the Tatkal refill scheme, I feel it is nothing but black market. If there is any tatkal scheme from the company, please give me the details.
