Dear Madam/Sirs,

This has reference to above information, and as stated in your owner’s manual I am proud owner of best in its class Tavera Neo vehicle. Being a tourist fleet owner and having an experienced driver, I selected Tavera neo to add in my fleet to serve my esteemed customers by providing them safe and enjoyable journey.

Also to make this happen I personally took interest and embark on all the servicing due to me from the authorized dealer M/s Pashankar Auto, Pune and due to this the performance of the vehicle was undoubtedly far better than any other competitor’s vehicle in its class.

However this did not last for more than 15000 kilometers running of the said vehicle. Some time during the 15000 kilometers the vehicle started giving some unpleasant ringing noise from Gearbox. This was immediately reported to the Dealer. Dealer attempted to investigate and found some broken teeth of gears in the gear box. It was really disturbing for me but I could able to sustain the shock as I had a trust in GM customer care values.

Since then even after lot of investigations & replacement of gear box parts done by the dealer in his work shop, the noise in the gear box is still exist. Due to this many tourists had refused to commute the vehicle and declined to travel by my Tavera.

Every servicing whenever I repetedly report the noise problem, Dealer had given me unwritten promise for rectifications, but I think he is unable to locate the fault. Today I have done almost 40000 kilometers and still that noise exists. If you wish I can provide all the details date wise reported to dealer and the actions taken by the dealer till today. Many a times I have handed over my vehicle for rectification 2/3 days to dealer’s workshop in spite of loss of my business. But still the problem persists.

Today I am afraid that some major breakdown may happen during the travel and could lead to fatal accident.

In this process I lost my major customers and business. This is forced me to financial set backs on the vehicle I have purchased.

In view of this I request you to register my complaint against the OEM & Dealer and help me to ressolve the issue/problem.
