Worst service & absolutely no response for phone calls

Pathetic service by the gas distributor,

Distributor code no 31409268, Prayag Indane, Propriotor Mr Indrakumar D Jevarikar in Aurangabad, Maharashtra is not bothered to attend customers phones and also mischiefs customers adavance bookings. I have booked the gas cylinder with consumer ID no. 03970 on 25/09/08 with a booking no. 2765, after a waiting period of one week (as informed by the dealer), my wife has called up several times about the status of booked gas, but hardly two or three times the calls were attended by saying "tomorrow you can get gas cylinder". Also I have personally visited the office on 18/10/08 to enquire the same, but I have experienced with shocking response by the staff that my earlier booking no. has been changed due to... no reason and new booking no.1551 was given by saying that " you will get on 20/10/08". But till date no response no gas supply, at present both my gas cylinders are empty and I have borrowed the gas cylinder from my neighbour. Does the regional office/officer of IOCL take my concern as serious???
