DELAY BUS TIMING

I had booked ticket for Pune to Mumbai journey dt 07/05 time 06;45 am in morning it was around 7 then to bus with time 6;15 bus was not departed more over the main officer asking the people to sit in one bus the another official telling the passenger to board another bus.the bus timing which had scheduled timing of 6;45 departed at 7;20 causing delay to passenger which had to report to office as it was monday most of them were offce going.
