The above agency was delivering LPG refills upto July and after that the phones have gone dead. When i went to the above address in person it is shoking to note that the agency has vecated from the above address and nobody was available to give the new address. It is quite disgussting to note the agency of a reputed national level oil company is behaving in a irrespansible maner without intimating the change of address/ or change of agency to their customers. May I requested the concorned authorities to take neccassary steps and informers the agency there address and phone numbers to me to condinue further requirment of my future needs. your prompt instant action the above matter is solicited.
