Non supply of Gas Cylinder and not responding the phone calls (by distributers office) of consumes

Dear Sir / Madam,

This is to state that I am consumer with M/s Rohini Enterprises (Distributers for Indane) having consumer no. RG 16119. I have booked the Gas Cylinder online on 27.1.2009 vide online booking number 128 but the distributer could not supply the Gas Cylinder till today i.e. 05.02.2009. I have distributer agency's phone number as 27041413, 27053496, 32586549 & 9312404176 as printed on their cash memo. I tried the agency's phone no. many times but usually get the response that either the telephones are busy or phones are not answered. Yesterday (04.2.09) and today (05.2.09) from 10 A.M. I tried to contact them on telephones but the reply was "phones are busy or phones are not answered". Sir/ Madam this is very difficult for me to go personally to the agency for booking the Gas Cylinder every time. Please advise me what to do for permanent solution and get my booking registered for refilled Gas Cylinder at the earliest. Your prompt response/action shall be highly obliged. Please confirm the same.
