MSRTC Bus from Satara to Mumbai Central

I took the Asiad 2x2 bus from Satara to Mumbai Central (Bus No MH12 EF 6896) on 28th of Nov at 4:15 p.m. from Satara. The fair from Satara to Mumbai Central is Rs. 263. I gave him Rs. 313 and conductor was not having change of Rs 50, so he said he is give my 50 bugs afterwards. After reaching to Pune I asked for my Rs. 50, however conductor refused to give it back saying he has returned everyone's money and can't give me a single penny. After fighting also he was not ready to give single rupees.
