No bus service for commuters from panvel to khopoli

Dear Sir, I am a regular commuter from Khopoli working in Nerul, New Mumbai. My work finishes at 9pm. Their are now bus service from panvel to khopoli as all the State transport buses plying between Panvel to Pune say that they go by expressway. And when we ask the bus conductors, we get a very rude and harsh reply. Even the persons sitting at Panvel bus stand do not listen to us. And one more thing observed is that the Buses which are going through Khopoli also dont take the passengers by saying a lie that they are going by Express highway. Sir it seems that the express highway has become a curse for the people travelling to Khopoli. After working whole day we have to run hither and thither for requesting private vehicles to take us to Khopoli. Sir, the problems we people of Khopoli are facing cannot be expressed in words. It is my request from the depth of my heart to please take the matter to the concerned authorities.
