M/S. SHRACHI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE LIMITED
PAPERS NOT SUBMITTED TO DEPT BY MY EX EMPLOYER

PF NO: WB/CA/29400/399

I have worked with M/s. Shrachi Infrastructure Finance Limited (formerly known as M/s. Magma Finance Limited and currently merged with M/s. Magma Shrachi Finance Limited) #24, PARK STREET KOLKATA 700 073 for 3 years during 2004 to 2007 in their Bangalore Branch, Karnataka and having submitted all necessary docuiments to their Head Office in Kolkata the employer has not sent the papers to the concerned office to enable me to claim the PF amount.

There is no response from the above said company inspite of repeated requests and letters.

I request you kindly to make arrangements to send me statemebnt of accounts for the above said PF No.

And also I would like to know can i charge interest to my employer for the delay in submitting papers for the amount receivable.
