My Consumer No: 14306, SV NO: 000065249 DATED 2/6, Card Serial No: 210593. I am very much upset about my BHARAT GAS Distributor’s policy matters related with delivery manners (M/S: SHYAMA BHARAT GAS DISTRIBUTOR, CODE- 461872).

Thanking you for your earlier letter dated 14.11.2008 containing Sub: BGR-E RE: Feedback Reference No: 42536.

My husband spoke with Mr. Manik Roy (In-charge, Customer Relation Center / Kolkata) on dated 17.04.09 about delay of delivery then he assured him to take care of this matter. I became very much astonished that distributor had not delivered gas on 18.04.09 too. I furnished my booking dates and delivery dates belonging from February below,
