Non-delivery of Cylinder after 10 days of booking

This is regarding the Indane Gas Agency, M/s Sondhi Gas, J-Block Market, Saket, New Delhi, Tel.: 29555238 & 29551868

My consumer ID with this agency is 25516. I booked a cylinder on January 14 and since then have been calling the agency people to immediately supply a cylinder to my residence. Everyday, the ladies working in the agency who pick up the phone assure me to get the cylinder delivered. But till today, despite my telecon with them, they don't really bother to get the cylinder delivered at my residence. On one hand, they don't allow the consumers to book the cylinder before 21 days after the cylinder got delivered last and on other, they make substantial delay in supplying the cylinder from the date of booking. I don't have any gas at home and my family is really facing the difficulties due to this.

I would like to request the concerned authority to please look into this matter.
