They are recruiting M.B.A students with good commitment that company will pay atleast 1 month salary, and from the second month the salary will be according to target.

we tried our level best, achieve little revenue for the company even they refuge us to give the salary.

they recruited us on the the salary of 15000 per month as a business development executive and recruited two girls as team leader on 17000 per month

on the day of interview no one told us that the will be any target for the freshers, after 15 days of joing we got to know that there is some target in the company and we have to achieve this target in upcoming month

on the salary day when we reached our business head for the salary, they has told us that there will no salary for us, when we asked the reason he simply told us that you havent achieved your own target.

this brings a heave argumentation between us and the business head,

we told him about our prospects and also told him that the reason why we achieve so less target .the reason was when ever we approached any customer for selling our product, the client only asked us how can we trust even you dont have you company i.d card and visiting card. when ever we asked for these things in company, they always ignored us and now they dont even listing our expects

we are in very much need of yours and if possible plz do any sort of action tommorrow becauseour boss asked us to come tommorrow for salary talk
