Non delivery of rc

I have purchased a tata vista car from garyson motors, sherpur chowk, ludhiana i have take a loan form sbi and balance full payment paid to the company . and i have applied for my rc from garyson motors. after some days they imformed me that rc is ready. and they demanded rupees 500. for the same. at present rc is lying with them and they said to me that first pay Rs. 500 then they will handed over rc to me.

you are reqursed please instruct the garyson motors for giving my rc to me.
