Delay in Reimbursement of PF money

Respected Sir,
My self, Ms. Vrushali P. Kulkarni, was working with M/s. TATA YAZAKI LTD., Pune from date 03.02.2010 to 08.09.2011. While resigning from the Post-Junior Engineer Quality from the company for my marriage purpose, Company handed over the PF form to me 45 days after my the exact date of my resignation. After that I had completed all the statutory formalities for reimbursement of my PF Account. Currently when I inquired about the same, I found PF OFFICE PUNE had rejected the application as My organization had not attached the FEB-10 & MAR-10 Salary Slips. Currently the application is in the company itself and no one is co-operating me. Please help me.
