Employer refusal to forward Form-19 and 10-C

Respected Sir,

I was working with M/s Time Technoplast Ltd. from October and left this company on May.

When i have submitted my Form-19 and 10-C to them, they are intentionaly refused to forward the same to RPFO-MUMBAI.

The company is not supposed to harash the left employees in this way and deprive to get the money accumulated with you of my A/c No-MH/40911/1157.

Please accept my complain with you and suggest what is the next procedure.
