Duplicate interest cheque not being issued

I am holder of ARS bond - CGGF-86 scheme on behalf of my minor Son and my investor id is 221876539 .I have till now not received interst warrant for sept - oct amounting to 996 Rs. On checking with UTI it was claimed that the same was despatched through ordinary post. If it was not received till 3.12.2009 (validity date of cheque) then a duplicate cheque will be issued.

I filled the required LOU form which was received by UTI . Now they say that Bank details and verification / undertaking by bank is reqired as they do not have updated details of my bank account

I replied to them that as per the LOU and confirmatory e mail sent by UTI itself, bank details with bank undertaking are to be provided only if there is change in bank details. As my bank details rtemain same as at the time of application the desired formalities are not required.

Still I have not been issued duplicate cheque till now though all formalities required has been comleted by me.
