(Via The Cheque no 009923, State Bank of India, Mumbai), In which I have sent back to you the Original Non Credited Cheque collected From HDFC bank due to Invalid Account No.

As I sent the requesting letter to you previously, Pls issue the New cheque with my correct Account no as 00421050211100-HDFC Bank, S.D.Road, Secunderabad (The copy of the Cancelled cheque attached for my account for your ref).

Kindly do the needful for issuing the fresh cheque to credit the amount to my account with interest.

After sending lot of remainders to you as well as I am getting the The letters from AAO to Addl CPFC (MH&CG) Mumbai for directing you to take action, Still I am not getting any positive result from your end (ie the amount was not credited into my account).

Sir,

I am pleading you that I am under heavy financial crisis. Pls look into the matter personally and do the favour to me.

I am requesting you again and again to do the favour to me. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful immediately to come out of my financial crisis.
