DELAYED IN DISTRIBUTING GAS CYLINDER

Dear sir,

This is Subhash here consumer no.3855 lodging a complain againstM/s VIGNESS INDIA, BARTAND, DHANBAD, JHARKHAND / GAS DEALER.

Fact is that I had booked for gas on 24th september but till date I could not get the same.

Actually fact is that when I did booked by phone, the person who was over there refuse to said the booking number by saying that you will get gas within a week. After that I several times contact by phone (as for me this is not possible to go by personally) but unable to get it. Now a days phone is not also connecting.

As per there version gas should be deliver within a week, and for next booking you should be wait for another 21days. But in my case it is already 12 days over excluding the 7 days (which is maximum after booking).

Being a single cylinder holder I don't know the what rules should followed.

Please advise me and look after the same so that I could not be get in trouble. Your early action in this regard will be appreciated.
