Bus Conductor Sart Fighting with a small reason

I was travelling in MTC Bus on 18th september at 8:30 p.m. The bus no is TN - 01 9232. This bus running in ponamalle road. When i was travelling in the bus, a person stand on his seat from my right side and by mistake my hand touch with conductor eyes. I say sorry for my mistake but he start fighting with me and showed me punch. and say get down from the bus. my question is that for a small reason that i had already sayed him sorry can be good for showing punch and fighting. actually this problem i was faced here many times. it not my problem it's the problem who are coming from other states.
