Telling more charge than the usual charge

Daily I am travelling in B51 bus actual charge of the ticket from oil mill stop to thillai ganga nagar subway stop is 9rs in deluxe bus. But, In a particular bus bus num - TN10 N8841and route num B51 (deluxe) conductor is charging 11rs Which is more than that of the actual charge. If we argue for this he is stopping the bus and asking us to get down from bus Which has happened for me for more than 2 times that too with the same conductor. This is not a right way or the right manner to behave with the passenger. I request to take a action on him therefore he wont do the mistake again. Thanks
