MTC Bus Complaints - Misbehaviou

I go to my office at Tidel park regularly on MTC bus from madipakkam.

I catched the MTC Bus numbered TN 01 N 7940, while returning back to my home in the evening at 7.30 pm, On Monday Dec 28. The bus was crowded and when i suppose to enter inside the step, the driver closed the door, and I felt down on the road from the bus and the bus went without stopping.

On next day, i enquired the conducter regarding this and they did'nt give a proper answer and i don't no know the bus driver name also.

Please take the nessary action so that this does not happen in furture for the Passengers.

Kindly let me know the status of complaint.
