A/c 183010100167727
Unjustified deduction

I have a a/c with Axis bank a/c no 183010100167727 with

the vileparle east branch. At the time of opening the a/c

I was made to understand that this is a zero balance a/c.

Also, the "welcome kit" that i recieved did not have a

single mention that i would be required to maintain an

average quaterly balance of Rs. 5000/.

Subsequently, due to non-maintainance of the balance i

was penalised Rs 750/- N.M.C.

Moreover during this, every transaction that i made was

charged with Rs. 100/ per transaction which amounted to

Rs 5300/ more.

This is not justified for

1. There was not a single mention of the charges in the

"welcome kit".

2. There is no mention that i have to maintain a minimum

quarterly balance of Rs. 5000/-

If there was some communication from the banks side that

there would be such a per transaction charge, I would have

certainly refrained from doing any transactions
