Plot booking in Lucknow & Camellia Ph II, Bhiwadi

Dear Sir/Madam!

I had booked 2 plots with M Tech developers in their Lucknow & Camellia Phase II, Bhiwadi projects respectively in pre launch offer in Nov and given them around Rs. 4 Lacs as initial amount for booking.

It has been three years now and still their projects have not been launched. Inspite of repeated follow ups with the senior management of the builder nad assurances from their side, the projects have still not been launched till date.

Now i have lost faith in their abilities and intention and would like to get my booking cancelled and expect my initial booking amount along with interest from them.

Please guide me as on the way forward approach i should adopt.
