COMPLAIN ABOUT NOT RECEIVING THE PASSPORT

I am MUKESH KUMAR BOTHRA living in FORBESGANJ (BIHAR) I have submitted application form for issue of a passport at your PATNA PASSPORT OFFICE on 17-jun my file no. is A 074456 and

key no. is 6507445608 dated 17-jun I already had my police enquiry in the month of october. After that there is no communication from your side and I still not received my passport also.

Please let me know the present status of my passport as I need it urgently.
