POOR PERFORMANCE OF BATTERY

I have registered a complaint with complaint number 9572 on 30/04

in MTEK POWER regarding the performance of the battery.

sir we have purchased microtek BATTERY model number 18M UPSEB 1800

S/R G2615119970 on 06/11 which is within the warranty period but to explain you sir the PRODUCT is performing at its poorest level. the distributor was being lodged with complaint about it 6 times but everytime he just sends a boy who says nothing about it. nor the distributor is serious regarding the product. Kindly take appropriate action regarding the battery as i am very much troubled with the service your distributor KAMBOJ TRADERS
