MTNL'S BROADBAND INTERNET CONNECTION
NO INTERNET

I am a customer of MTNL broadband Internet and I am trying to use it for last two months...

my address is C-4/161 KESHAVPURAM, LAWRENCE RD DELHI, 35

I took a mtna broadband connection

my plan is " briv combo unlimited plan "... My phone is working but internet... NO sign... U just click and then wait wait... MY work wants me to be on internet all the time .. I was staying in the office for 24hrs to surf the net...

i SPEND 599 rs so that I can stay at my home and use this facility...

mY internet broadband connnection working for one day in week... its a weekly service... I think that's why it works only once ina week... I had called and registerd at the mtnl complainst number 1504 around 100 times... Mtnl has opened a new... " CUSTOMER CARE PORTAL" They register complaints and then forget about them... And I just go to the cyber cafe and first check my complainst status which always says .. "PENDING" and then do my work... I dont know how many time i had visited mtnl office...

Please help me... Please... or tell me where should i go...
