Non functioning of internet despite several complaints

Broadband connection provided to me has not been working for the past 12 days despite complaints and personal visit to the exchange. The phone no is located in CGS colony under Wadala exchange. Despite visit of the exchange man promising to rectify the mistake in one day by changing modem is yet to materialize. Restoration of internet service is extremely important to me in wake of my daughters ensuing college admission, which has been made compulsorily online. Urgent action is requested.
