MTNL Broadband 512kbps Unlimited
Not getting speed of 512 kbps

Hi Sir,

I have taken a Broadband connection from MTNL on 14th of May. My plan is 512 kbps Unlimited Plan.

User Id is: 29946174

Name: Afzal Naseem

But from the starting of my connection I am getting only 150-200 kbps speed. I already make a complaint on 1504 customer care and as well on send mail to bbspeed@bol.net.in. But still i am facing the similar problem. If Mtnl people can't give the speed of 512 kbps. Kindly change my plan to 256 kbps Unlimited. So, I will not have to pay 1299/- p.m.

Or otherwise if i got the speed of 512 kbps, that will be great.

I will be greatful to that person, or Team who will solve this problem.
