VERY POOR SERVICES EVEN BROADBAND GM DONNOT RESPONDTO CUSTOMERMAILS

I got my telephone shifted from Janakpuri EXCHANGE ake of my school going daughter ito PAHARGANJ one in last february andfor the sake ofmy school going daughter i opted for a broadband connection. But I AM CURSING THE DAY when i took that decision as in last one andhalf year lmost for more than a year telephone remains defunct and even when it is working you cannot access theinternet and once in a blue moon you gets the connection speed is so poor it kills your patience, i had written almost a dozen of e mails to all theofficials including GM BROADBAND leave asideaction they donot even read and acknowledge fewmonths back i toldthem to disconnect asthey cannot provide the services but they are not even disconnecting, keep on fleecing.

The phoneagin went off the dy mployyeswent on strikeandeven after lodging four no of complaints it wasfixed fewdays back but trips again.

True is the saying old habits die hard you can change the outlook uniform but not the attutude of greedy linesmen and unconcerned officials.
