MTNL BROADBAND AT NEW DELHI
NON RECTIFICATION

My broadband connection no 28051688 is down since last around 20 days. Complain was lodged on 12, 13, 14, 21 and 24th (currently). Additionally I have also complained through e-mail. Some one is just ringing from MTNL side and after hearing about the complaint is simply resetting it as attended. this has happened till yesterday.

Intervention for rectification is requested.
