Non working of internet

My internt is not working and made complaint on 18 april 09, but no action was taken to rectify the same. even informed to dgm office on 22 april. kindly rectify the problem immediately.

i have my own experience on call centre 1504- most of them r useless and not able to rectify the problem telephonically. pl train them or recuirt knowledgable executives.
