I lodged a complaint at 1504 on 14/5/09 vide complaint No.410000921. Almost a fortnight later, the complaint is yet to be cleared inspite of repeated verbal reminders at your GH10, Sunder Vihar office. Please ensure that the fault is removed immediately and also ensure that no rental is charged for the period till the complaint is cleared.
