Slow speed and disconnection

My net connection goes now and then apart from that the speed is realy slow. My net works for 12-15 days only in a month. Whenever I complain they just give me a complain no and then it works for 2-3 days and gone again. Customer services asks me to complain to area manager but I cant get his no. Even 196 is always busy. So I am paying for 30 days and using for 12-15 days only. They people are worthless.
