Let me start as I have to register a complaint for the MTNL broadband. I dial 1504 to hear "All our customer support executives are currently busy, kindly stay online" for never less than 2 minutes & 45 seconds & then sometimes the call is attended silently & allows me to keep saying hello hello but no reply is given at all and also not disconnected by the call-center customer support executive (let me say CCCSE). Some times some daring CCCSE attends a call & utters the initial dialogue & then gets silent completely & allows me to keep saying hello hello but no reply is given at all and also not disconnected by the CCCSE. Now Again, whenever the call is attended in proper ethics but If I forget to ask the name & position of the CCCSE, I shall seldom be able to complete the registration of the complaint.

Who is responsible for all such kind of episodes AND Why our countrymen have to live with such compromises & handicapped-ness in the matters related to all departments under the Central Government or State-Governments or the Companies whose controllers are having their hold in the politics.

Should no normal civilian of our country feel proud to be Indian?

Should no normal civilian of our country get the normal facilities & justice from the state govt's & central govt. without having to cry or struggle for them?

Should no normal civilian of our country get to live a normal & fulfilled life?
