Slow Internet speed from the last 1 month

I am still facing slow browsing & downloading speed from the last 1 month. And regarding same I am continually complaining to your help desk through Phone & Email.

Now a days my Current internet speed reaches 20 kbps... whenever i call 1504... they say its some problem with your computer... they suggest some changes in network configuration but the speed remains same... its 2 weeks since the problem... but no one from mtnl is listening... i call them everyday but they tell the same old story... i am in big problem.

NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL DATE 10 July. PLESE DO THE NEEDFUL & TAKE SOME SPEEDY ACTION
