DISCONNECTING OF INTERNET

Dear MTNL Grievance Cell,

I have opted for the broadband connection unlimited plan with MTNL. Telephone Number 26175822. I have terrible problems with MTNL broad band internet line which frequently get disconnected. I have made several complaints but my problem is never attended professionally Due to the reason my work is badly effected and I feel really disappointed and furious with your incompetent services.

Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.
