Broad Band Is not working

1: My Telephone and My Broadband not working. Registered complaint. (Complaint No: 1002 Dated:13 JULY) visited the local Telephone exchange. They said Cant say how long it gonna Take.

2: Its been around 15 days today its not working.

3: Since that day I m trying to register the complaint online (Url http://203.94.244.173:7777/basic/registercomplaints.jsp) there is some JSP error.. not able to register the complaint.

4: visited local J.E. office guard said come between 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.. I dont hv time between this time frame.

5: Today I took Telephone No. for S.M.TALWAR EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR 23325544 and calld him a lady said that you need to call Raju Sinha 22433333 calld that no. the the guy picked the phone and said that Raju Ji isnt here and this will take some more time to make your phone line up and running and Hung up..
