I had applied for Internet connection on my tel no 23559360 with consumer no 2053217909 in April and had paid for all the charges but till date it is not working satisfactirily for stretches of months it donot work at all many complaints made to 1504 as well as numerous e mails sent to GM BROADBAND but leave aside resolution nobody is even acknowledging the same .finally exhuasted I told them to disconnect the no as well as broadband facility and refund my money but still they are not listening and are sending regular bills for non existing dead and defunt service.

Really pathetic.
