Toll free No., and no connectivity

Sir,

I am subscriber of mtnl Broadband 28787585. I am fed up of the services at customer care desk or any desk of mtnl. They are just sitting there, doing nothing.

Toll free no."Help desk of Services" provided on reverse of the bill including latest bill is 1800222222. However, this connects to Police Head quarters. They threaten us to file comlain against me.

However, I called several times on all the concerned tel.nos, but to no avail. They simply pick up and disconnects the line. Others provide us no heed/attention.

I am fix. Kindly help. I am paying but not able to use conveniently.
