Change of plan

I requested for a change of my braodband plan and the executive at 1500 said that my plan will be changed from 1 september... but now neither they changed my plan and are saying that they don not have any request for any change in plan... Moreover the supervisor for 1500 picked up my call, listened my problm and hung up the phone, after which she started not pickin up my call.. Its seems the supervisor takes money for sleeping in the office..
